Shipping – UK

Ascent Australia offers free shipping on all orders within the UK.  Your parcel should be delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

To ensure the quickest delivery of your order, if possible please specify a delivery address which will be occupied during business hours so that your delivery can be signed for.  If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange another time for delivery.

Shipping Locations – other EU

At present we can only deliver to the UK.  Please contact us to discuss deliveries elsewhere within Europe.

We are not yet set up to supply British forces personnel and their families at BFPO addresses overseas.  However, please contact us if you would like us to try and put this in place.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to payment confirmation, verification and availability of stock.  Deliveries will arrive within the UK 2-3 workings days from when they were dispatched. In the event that an item you ordered is unavailable we will do our best to notify you of any delays within 24 hours. All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays; our operating hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Once an order reaches 5 pairs or more it is classified and processed as a bulk order. Bulk orders need to be placed via email with our Customer Service team at info@ascentfootwear.co.uk

We reserve the right

…to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify you of this action by email or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the method used for original payment.

In order to protect our business, optimize our stock availability and keep our prices to customers competitive, we have a fair returns policy which applies to us accepting orders and offering free returns.  We reserve the right to delay the acceptance of an order or to decline an order if we are concerned, at our sole discretion, about a high returns rate for a customer or an address.
