Ascent Australia offers free returns for orders within the UK. If you wish to return any of the goods in your order, you will need to complete the return process online by logging back into your account.

 - Click on the 'account icon' next to 'cart'

 - Click on the 'order number 'you would like to exchange/refund

 - Click on 'return this order'

 - Select shoe/s you would like to exchange/refund

 - Select exchange/refund from drop down box

 - Enter notes and click continue

Once you complete the return online we will email you a pre-paid postal label within a few hours.

You will need to print the return label and tape that to the outer packaging.  If you have not kept the original outer packaging we sent you, please re-wrap the contents in suitable new plastic or card outer packaging in order to protect the goods and their individual boxes in transit back to us.  If goods come back to us damaged due to inadequate customer-supplied outer packaging, then we will hold you responsible for that damage.  You might also want to take a photo of the package before you send it back to us.  The return package can be taken to any Post Office – please ask for a proof of posting, just in case.

We do not offer/provide a return service for overseas orders.

We reserve the right

…to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify you of this action by email or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the method used for original payment.

In order to protect our business, optimize our stock availability and keep our prices to customers competitive, we have a fair returns policy which applies to us accepting orders and offering free returns.  We reserve the right to delay the acceptance of an order or to decline an order if we are concerned, at our sole discretion, about a high returns rate for a customer or an address.
