Ascent Australia offers free returns on all orders within the UK using a free prepaid reply service. If you wish to return any of the goods in your order, you will need to complete the return process online by logging back into your account. Once you complete the return online we will email you a return label. You will need to print the return label and tape that to the outer packaging. If you have not kept the original outer packaging we sent you, please re-wrap the contents in suitable new plastic or card outer packaging in order to protect the goods and their individual boxes in transit back to us. If goods come back to us damaged due to inadequate customer-supplied outer packaging, then we will hold you responsible for that damage. You might also want to take a photo of the package before you send it back to us. The return package can be taken to any Post Office – please ask for a proof of posting, just in case.
